Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description Titan Tire Corporation has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Supervisor in Bryan, Ohio. This individual will be responsible for maximizing availability of all plant equipment and thus ensures security of production understanding that the direction of all routine maintenance activities shall be in line with company operating policies and procedures and shall ensure compliance with safety, legislative, environmental and certifying authority requirements. Uses independent judgment and exercises discretion in executing their duties. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality. Essential Functions - Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient operations. - Oversee the maintenance team, providing leadership and training as needed. - Manage maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact. - Utilize mechanical and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance best practices. - Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to facilitate smooth operations. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in related field; and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that performs the essential functions of this position. - Two (2) year's experience in all phases of building maintenance. Experience in estimating maintenance and repair costs, a plus. - Ability to lead a multitask team as a supervisor and in technical capacity. - Good knowledge of maintenance method and equipment. - Strong leadership and communication skills.
