Job Description As a Security Guard - Facility Patrol Driver in Sacramento, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment. This is a driving post, where you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, interact with tenants and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.60 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWhy Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.What You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential concerns.Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas within the commercial real estate location to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.Document and report any incidents, observations, or irregularities according to Allied Universal and client site procedures.Collaborate with property management and local authorities when necessary to address incidents or emergencies.Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to provide reassurance to tenants and visitors.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Customer service experience is preferred.Access control or badge experience is preferred.This is primarily a driving post and is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
