Job Skills / Requirements The Overnight Operations Manager – Citi Field, reports to the Upper Manager – Citi Field Stadium Cleaning Operations. This candidate is an experienced, self-motivated independent individual who is highly flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities in a creatively driven industry. He or she must be adaptable and capable of working in a fast-moving, ever-changing, eternally fluid environment.This candidate will coordinate and lead custodial operations in a union stadium environment possessing strict confidentiality work ethics. Additionally, they will supervise, train, and direct custodial associates. This position reports to and supports the General Manager in achieving objectives and client expectations. This position is an overnight position and will be supervising, training, and directing union custodial staff.Essential Accountabilities:Works with Alliance upper management to coordinate the overnight cleaning operations in the stadium.Manages a team of 7-8 supervisors and - union cleaners.Maintain communication with and respond to the requests of managers and other clients.Tours and inspects the facility to ensure total quality management requirements in janitorial and operationsReviews job orders and specifications to understand the material and labor required to complete the project and coordinates the activities of custodial employees to utilize staff, materials, and equipment efficientlyMaintain compliance with Alliance and client's standards of operation, Alliance's Business Conduct Policy, and all federal, state, and local regulations. Maintains all records and reports as neededUnderstand departmental expenses such as supply needs and labor costs to maintain budget conditionsWeekly scheduling of the overnight janitorial workforceEnsure overnight janitorial workforce abides by health and safety requirements and regulationsComply with and respond to all procedures, administrative and operational guidelines, and instructionsJob duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without noticeQualifications:ExperienceTwo to five years experience managing a large labor pool in a union environmentUnderstanding of the operational requirements of a large stadium or arenaConfident, enthusiastic, and proactive self-starterEmbraces change and is adaptableAble to multitask and willing to take on additional roles and tasksHighly skilled in conflict resolution communicationA natural communicator at all levels, approachable and knowledgeableDisplays the highest levels of integrity and commitment with an ability to deliver excellent resultsExcellent administrative and organizational skills (MS Office skills are essential for this role)Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work to a variety of deadlinesResilient with an effective approach to resolving challenges and identifying solutionsPay Range: $65, - $70, Education Requirements (All) High School Diploma or GED Additional Information / Benefits Benefits: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days
