Civil Litigation Paralegal Covington, KentuckyBe the Backbone of the Litigation TeamWe’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Litigation Paralegal to join our Covington-based practice. This role is ideal for a proactive paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and enjoys playing a critical role in moving cases forward.What You’ll Do: Support attorneys throughout all phases of civil litigation, from case intake through trial and resolution Draft and organize pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court filings Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with court rules What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience as a civil litigation paralegal Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules Excellent organizational and document management skills Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines Professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail Why Join Us: Competitive compensation based on experience Collaborative and supportive team environment Meaningful involvement in active litigation matters Benefits package including paid time off and additional perks Ready to Make an Impact?
