The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, clients, and visitors by patrolling premises. Key Responsibilities: Patrol assigned areas on foot & by vehicle to ensure security. Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activity. Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances. Enforce access control and visitor management protocols. Write detailed incident reports. Assist in emergency situations and provide first response if needed. Cooperate with law enforcement and emergency services as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred. Valid security license or certification (if required by state/country). Excellent observational and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to patrol and respond quickly. Working Conditions: Shift work may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Standing or walking for extended periods. Benefits: After 90 DaysPosition Summary: A Signal Dedicated Officer will conduct static security services for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high value areas to ensure all required access points are properly secured and to ensure protection of property and residents with a high degree of attentiveness to details and safety. All duties listed below are minimum requirements – additional duties listed in the site’s Post Orders are requirements as well.Soft Skills: Visioning: Understanding the big picture and requirements necessary to deliver services that reflect company values, goals, and purpose.
