Responsibilities Below is a list of your responsibilities as a Behavioral Health Activity Therapist withYesCareat Bullock CF located in Union Springs, AL: Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate therapeutic/recreational activity segments of individual program plans to further the comprehensive treatment of patients. Develop specifically planned goals and objectives to be met with the implement of therapeutic recreation. Oversee activities including, but not limited to, individual recreational activities, group recreational activities, exercises, games, sports activities, hobbies, social activities, music, etc. Document all activities pertaining to therapy conducted and record progress notes in each patient’s mental health record on a regular basis.
