You’ll work in cooler, freezer, and warm bakery environments depending on daily assignments. What you’ll do… ·       Perform scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts using RF scanners to verify inventory accuracy. ·       Complete timely inventory adjustments in the warehouse management system. ·       Investigate variances, determine root causes, and support corrective actions. ·       Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal review. ·       Communicate effectively with internal customers regarding inventory discrepancies or issues. ·       Collaborate with warehouse operations to maintain inventory integrity. ·       Balance competing priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. ·       Follow all company policies related to food safety, people safety, and compliance. What you’ll bring… ·       High School Diploma or equivalent required. ·       2+ years of warehouse experience required; 1 year of inventory control or cycle counting preferred. ·       Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory transactions, and material flow. ·       Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS). ·       Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. ·       Strong math skills and attention to detail. ·       Ability to read and interpret written, oral, and diagram instructions. ·       Strong verbal communication skills. ·       Ability to obtain forklift certification (or prior certification).
