We are seeking an experienced, professional Full-Time Housekeeper for a beautiful 7,000 sq. ft. private residence in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a long-term opportunity with a warm, respectful executive couple. Mr. travels frequently, and Mrs. works from home, so discretion, calm presence, and consistency are essential. About the Home Large, well-maintained luxury residence Small, friendly dog in the home Occasional dinner parties with a private chef Ideal Candidate This role is best suited for someone who: Is quiet, professional, and self-motivated Takes pride in their work and has a "can-do" attitude Puts their head down and works efficiently without constant direction Has experience in high-end or executive homes Understands discretion, boundaries, and privacy Is comfortable working around homeowners during the day Responsibilities Full-scope housekeeping of a 7,000 sq. ft. home Daily and deep cleaning; maintaining a tidy, orderly home Expert-level laundry care, including all fabric types Managing dry cleaning (tracking items going out and returning) Organizing closets, cabinets, and household systems Polishing fine surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings Assisting with service support alongside the chef during dinner parties (as needed) Requirements 5+ years' experience in large, high-end private residences Strong knowledge of proper cleaning, laundry, and polishing techniques Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and reliable Ability to work independently and maintain high standards Comfortable around a small dog Schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM OR 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation & Benefits Family is prepared to start at $37-45/hours, depending on experience.
