We invite you to join us as we strive to be The Most Trusted Partner for Health. ​The Maintenance Technician repairs major and minor equipment within INTEGRIS with instruction and guidance from the Maintenance Technician Lead. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.The Maintenance Technician responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Performs preventive maintenance on building service equipment and records pertinent data Trouble shoots equipment using test equipment, technical manuals and blueprints Follows up on preventive maintenance schedule in checking, cleaning, and lubricating equipment and related work to ensure proper functioning of equipment Checks, repairs, and changes minor electrical components as required, meeting occupant needs when safe and feasible Repairs numerous types of equipment including general building and cabinet repairs The Maintenance Technician reports to the Manager or Director. Must be able to speak, read and write English neatly and legibly. Walks and stands most of the time. Requires frequent walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, reaching above shoulder, lifting up to 100 lbs. Push loads up 480 pounds (equipment cart); climb up to 5 flights of stairs per day. Must climb ladders. This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Potential exposure to electricity, hot water pipes and electrical writing, extreme cold, use of power equipment, and working with small spaces and heights.
