You will also clean and reassemble repaired products to meet our “better than new” standards.You will be trained on the job to ensure you meet our quality standards. Your position in Prep & Assembly plays a key role in supporting our fast-paced work and high quality results.   Responsibilities Fulfilling production orders for delivery to proper teams Opening common module housings Sandblasting (with proper PPE) Preparing modules for repair Includes working with chemicals (with proper PPE) Includes wearing anti-static protection Performing preventative maintenance on equipment Operating specialized equipment Following proper escalation procedures Assembling common modules and preparing them to be shipped Working with Shipping & Receiving to ensure orders are shipped on time Skills Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time Ability to move at a fast pace Attention to detail and the ability to communicate those details effectively Must be comfortable using a box cutter/blade regularly Must have basic computer skills for logging information Ability to notate repair notes that communicate well Qualities You Should Exhibit  Consistent, punctual attendance Curiosity Strong sense of urgency Intrinsic motivation Lifelong learner Ownership Humility to ask clarifying questions, but confidence in your skills Receptive to feedback Faithful in the details Strong sense of community Efficient, but patient Benefits Health Insurance  - eligible 1st of the month after hire Voluntary Benefits - dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance Paid time off - 2 weeks per year Paid holidays - 8 days per year Stable Hours - Monday - Friday, days 401(k) with company matching Parental time-off Adoption benefits Casual dress code Branded clothing allowance Free fruit Social outings What can you expect during the application process?Start by applying online through our website or Indeed paying close attention to our custom application questions.
