You’ll assist with documentation, compliance tracking, and coordination across departments, gaining hands-on experience in project management and regulatory processes. This role is ideal for students looking to build skills in analysis, auditing, and operational reliability within the energy industry.Responsibilities:Support Project Managers with project documentation, close-out activities, and other assigned tasksProvide clear and concise status updates on assigned tasks or project segmentsMaintain accurate compliance documentation in the corporate database for regulatory auditsAssist in preparing for regulatory audits by identifying and resolving potential non-compliance issuesHelp develop and implement processes and controls to ensure ongoing compliance with standardsCollaborate with operational teams to support continuous improvement in reliability and complianceContribute to projects that build skills in analysis, auditing, research, testing, and validationEducation:Pursuing a degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management or a related Business degreeInterns are paid through our Managed Service Provider Program and are not employees of Eversource. Pay rates are hourly, based on year of graduation and if the role is technical or non-technical.
