Job DescriptionStaffing Proxy is partnering with an Audiologist-owned hearing healthcare organization with 35+ clinic locations across Florida, South Carolina, Georgia, and Maryland. They are seeking a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their Naples clinic and deliver high-quality hearing care in a supportive, patient-focused environment.Position OverviewThe Hearing Instrument Specialist will perform hearing evaluations, recommend appropriate hearing solutions, fit and program hearing aids using best-practice protocols, and provide ongoing counseling and follow-up care. This role offers professional autonomy while still being part of a collaborative, experienced clinical team.The ideal candidate is confident in treatment planning, patient education, and creating a positive patient experience that leads to long-term success.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for adult patientsRecommend hearing solutions aligned with patient goals, lifestyle, and assessment resultsProgram, fit, verify, and adjust hearing aids using best-practice approachesProvide counseling, troubleshooting, and follow-up care to support long-term outcomesMaintain accurate patient records and documentationCollaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support continuity of careQualificationsActive Florida Hearing Instrument Specialist License (required)Experience fitting and programming hearing aidsStrong communication and patient counseling skillsCommitment to ethical, patient-centered careCompensation & BenefitsBase salary + commission range: $85,000–$105,000+ Health, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time off (PTO)Paid holidays
