This role is designed for experienced refrigeration professionals with deep knowledge of CO₂ and HFC rack systems in grocery store or cold storage environments. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain supermarket refrigeration rack systems (including CO₂ and HFC systems)Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure peak system performanceConduct compressor replacements, EEV retrofits, and leak detection servicesTroubleshoot and program electronic control systems (e.g., Emerson E2, Danfoss)Handle emergency service calls promptly and professionallyDocument service work accurately and communicate clearly with clients and managementMentor junior technicians and support a safety-first team cultureAdhere to all company and jobsite safety protocols—this is a safety-sensitive position Qualifications 5+ years of direct experience with commercial refrigeration rack systemsEPA Universal Certification requiredOSHA 10 certification highly preferredFamiliarity with CO₂ transcritical rack systems is a major plusStrong mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and system manualsValid driver's license and clean driving record; Class E license preferred for use of company vehiclesWillingness to participate in a rotating on-call scheduleSelf-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently or within a team Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanLife InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Career advancement and vocational trainingSupportive, team-oriented culture Schedule Full-Time – Monday to FridayRotating on-call schedule and emergency service response required Location Based in Missouri; field service work in surrounding regions as needed Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
