HCA or CNA Spokane Valley, WA and South Hill, Spokane, WA At Generations Home Care, we have a strong passion for serving the greater Spokane community.We are currently seeking compassionate individuals to join our team of caregivers.Experience in home care is preferred, but we will provide training for the right person with a genuine desire to help others. Benefits Wage increases by $4.00 per hour for short shifts (2-3 HOUR SHIFT) Paid Sick Time Paid Time Off (PTO) Exceptional Office Support Earn points that can be converted into cash bonuses Client and Caregiver Referral Bonus Access to Same Day Pay Caregiver Appreciation Gift Card Drawings 401-K Responsibilities include assisting seniors with activities of daily living in their own homes, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, companionship, and more. Base Pay is $21-$23/hour for licensed and experienced caregivers.Unlicensed caregivers start at $19.00-$20.00 per hour. Qualifications Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting Current CNA or HCA certification, or willingness to obtain licensing within 200 days of hire Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation High School Diploma or equivalent We are an equal opportunity employer and do not tolerate discrimination or harassment based on various characteristics.
