Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a knack for building relationships.Key Responsibilities: Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets. Utilize various channels such as social media, email, and phone calls to generate new leads. Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass them to the sales team. Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and current information. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies. Monitor and report on lead generation activities and results. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in lead generation or sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong research and analytical abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
