Responsibilities

Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service. Receives training and mentorship related to the Plumbing, HVAC, and PVF industries Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales Promptly answer telephone calls in a professional manner from customers placing an order or requesting general information on products or services Resolve customer complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise or adjusting bills, or refer the call to the individual who can resolve the complaint Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items Interacts with vendors relating to product information, shipment dates, expected date of delivery, etc Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction Attend sales and product review meetings Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales. Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Department Manager

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma Entry-Level 0-2 years' experience in related trade fields Computer knowledge and skills with the ability to learn First Supply LLC's business system Strong interest in Sales, Distribution or Supply Chain Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn. Ability to read, speak, understand, and write English. Attendance on a regular and consistent basis.
