With a collaborative culture and a strong trajectory of growth fueled by a recent strategic acquisition, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.About the Role:As a Senior Project Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of challenging and exciting offshore projects. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of end-to-end project execution, from planning to offshore execution and delivery. Your expertise will play a critical part in ensuring successful outcomes across Subsea SURF (Subsea, Umbilicals, Risers, and Flowlines), EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation), or IRM (Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance) scopes.What You’ll Do:Develop, review, and implement detailed project engineering procedures and work scopes.Collaborate across departments, breaking silos to ensure smooth project delivery.Lead installation and offshore operations, with occasional offshore visits to lead and monitor activities and scopes of work.Provide technical insight by providing innovative solutions to engineering challenges.Wear multiple hats and contribute to the organization’s growth beyond just project engineering.What We’re Looking For:Experience: Minimum 4+ years in subsea SURF, EPCI, or IRM project engineering. Offshore installation experience is essential. OR Installation Engineer Skills: Strong background in developing and executing engineering procedures. Hands-on approach with a knack for problem-solving in dynamic environments.Mindset: Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative team player.
