Responsibilities Perform welding tasks on various materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and requirements. Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in training new welders as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus. Proven experience as a welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Valid welding certification is preferred but not mandatory. You should be proficient in: Welding Setups for Production Blueprint Reading Machines & technologies you'll use: MIG Welder Flux-Cored Arc Welder
