Benefits: 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Company parties Competitive salary Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Signing bonus We are looking for a caring and compassionate Lead Teacher Pre-school.  The teacher will have opportunity to lead a Pre-school class room with a co-teacher.  We look for staff who enjoy working with young children and collaboratively with other teachers. Our compensation is competitive and we offer signing bonus of $500 for new hires.  We also offer full benefits for full time  and select benefits for part time staff.  Other benefits are: Paid Christmas Time, Education Assistance, Simple IRA (401K) with 3% employer matching,  Company logo shirts, and many other benefits. We have a very positive professional work environment and all the staff work as a team.
