Job Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for applying engineering theory and principles to improve industrial layout and manufacturing production processes. This role requires the ability to create engineering drawings and accurately read and interpret blueprints. The engineer will support production efficiency, quality standards, workflow planning, and documentation to ensure smooth and optimized manufacturing operations.Key Responsibilities: Study time, motion, methods, and speed involved in maintenance, production, and other operations to establish standard production rates and improve efficiency. Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, and formulas; collaborate with management or engineering teams to determine quality and reliability standards. Review worker logs, product processing sheets, and specification documents to ensure adherence to quality assurance standards. Assist in planning work assignments according to worker performance, machine capacity, production schedules, and potential delays. Prepare charts, graphs, and diagrams illustrating workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and machine utilization. Required Skills: Strong creativity, communication (verbal and written), analytical, and problem-solving skills. Team-oriented and detail-focused. Ability to create sketches, engineering drawings, and perform common engineering computations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports. Experience working with engineering-related software, such as Computer-Aided Design (CAD). Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (required). 0–2 years of relevant experience. Education: Bachelors Degree
