We are looking for experienced personal trainers who are passionate about motivating others through fitness You will be working directly with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals through encouragement, education, and a customized training plan. You are self-motivated, a natural teacher, and actively look to help people. If the following sounds like you, then you are exactly what we are looking for. Energetic, upbeat, outgoing personality, a person that thrives on helping others succeed. Are you a self-motivated go-getter, that loves to win? Do you have a passion for helping others improve their quality of life? Can you motivate, inspire, encourage and uplift others? Do you have a desire to learn and continue to grow, while learning from other industry experts? Fitness and Sales experience are not required, but work ethic and the will to win is Responsibilities: Teach fitness techniques to personal training clients Develop individualized training programs Evaluate individual capabilities and training needs Demonstrate activity techniques and proper equipment use Enforce facility rules and regulations Qualifications: Personal training or group training certification (required) CPR and First Aid certifications (required but can easily be attained) Able to perform exercises and movements as demonstrations to clients Strong interpersonal and communication skills Complete our short application today
