The possibilities are endless - be a part of the revolutionTHE ROLE & WHY IT EXISTSWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our growing business in North America. In this role, you will help craft and execute technical strategies to drive customer adoption and usage of the Gravitee Platform across globally based enterprises.The Technical Account Manager serves as the technical champion for assigned customers. Your technical expertise and customer‑facing skills will enable you to effectively represent Gravitee within customer environments. The close relationships you build will allow you to understand your customers’ business, operational, and technical needs and challenges.This role offers the opportunity to proactively help enterprises accelerate their digital transformation initiatives. Occasional travel is required. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Solutions Architecture.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Your daily to-do list will feature some or all of the following, but is not limited to:Support customers during onboarding, including architecture design, product configuration, and use‑case implementationEffectively manage and track top‑tier customer projects, including issue resolution and escalation on behalf of Product and Services teamsMaintain consistent communication with customers and serve as their trusted technical advisor and long‑term partnerEstablish and articulate business value, helping customers achieve defined goals and ROI from the Gravitee platformHelp existing customers understand the Gravitee value proposition while identifying post‑sales challenges and turning them into growth opportunitiesUnderstand, document, and advocate for customer use cases, architectures, and technical roadmapsChampion customer needs internally, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management on feature requests and roadmap alignmentSupport other Gravitee teams through demonstrations, content creation, and marketing activities that drive platform adoptionESSENTIAL SKILLS The right candidate will possess at least the following skills, if not more:5+ years of experience working with customers of varying sizesExperience in Professional Services functions within a fast‑paced software or SaaS environmentA strong desire to solve complex technical problems with minimal day‑to‑day supervisionExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain complex technical conceptsPrior experience administering or interacting with Access Management platforms (API management experience is a strong plus)Willingness and ability to travel as requiredDESIRED SKILLSExperience with container technologies such as Docker and KubernetesSoftware development experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java or Python)Customer Facing experienceExperience working in a startup or scale‑up environmentAT GRAVITEE, YOU’LL GET…Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 base salary + 10% variable incentive; our typical hiring range is $160k - $175k base.
