Director of Digital MarketingIf you’ve demonstrated the ability to create high performing Facebook and Google ad campaigns, optimize campaigns based on analysis of key metrics, build a community of followers on social media, and are looking for a meaningful and creative professional experience, this might be the job you’re looking for.NICABM is seeking a creative, motivated, and talented person to join our Storrs, CT office.Responsibilities Produce high performing ad campaigns for weekly product launches and marketing funnelsProduce highly engaging Facebook posts in order to grow our page followingManage and report on ad campaigns, content posts, and funnelsCoordinate with our writers, graphic designers, and video team to facilitate successful production of assetsTrack and analyze the ongoing testing of all marketing efforts, including ads, funnels, and social media postsOptimize campaigns and funnels to maximize efficiency and performance of key metricsStay on top of new techniques and changes in the market, which you’ll incorporate and test in our marketing Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of relevant digital marketing experienceExcellent verbal communication skillsExcellent organization and time management skillsExcellent analytical skills with ability to mine data to inform decisionsYou prefer working in a results-driven environment, where we’re always testing, and data is kingYou are a complete nerd when it comes to staying on top of the latest marketing trendsExperience in content marketing and social media marketing, with advanced knowledge of monetizing digital contentExperience managing social media for a company or organizationExperience running targeted, high-spend, high-return ad campaigns, specifically on FacebookExperience and knowledge of funnel marketing strategiesKnowledge of testing practices, including A/B, multivariate, etc.Ability to have a big picture view while executing and managing detailsA die-hard commitment to achieving resultsFacebook Ads Manager or Power Editor masteryPhotoshop experience is a plusGoogle and YouTube advertising experience is a plusProficient with Microsoft Word and ExcelBachelor’s degree required
