About the RoleThis isn’t just administration—it’s transformation.You’ll oversee the overall operations and culture of our senior living community, ensuring the highest standards of care, a thriving team, and a strong financial foundation.You’ll work side-by-side with your leadership team to create an environment where residents feel at home and employees feel empowered to do their best work.
