Hallmark University’s School of Nursing is seeking a dedicated and dynamic instructor to teach Microbiology and Anatomy & Physiology I & II to BSN and VN students.This is a full-time, daytime-only, in-person faculty position reporting directly to the Dean of Nursing.What You’ll Do:Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on lab instruction in Microbiology and A&P.Develop and maintain course materials aligned with university standards.Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages student success.Track student progress, provide timely feedback, and support retention efforts.Participate in curriculum development and departmental meetings.Contribute to the Hallmark Character Program and university events, including commencement ceremonies.What We’re Looking For:Required:Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in Biology, Microbiology, or a related field.Qualified to teach Microbiology and Anatomy & Physiology I & II.Preferred:PhD or EdD with relevant graduate coursework.Strong communication skills, instructional expertise, and a commitment to excellence in education.Ability to work effectively in a diverse, non-traditional academic setting.Why Join Hallmark University?We’re committed to building long-term relationships with exceptional educators who share our mission of delivering practitioner-focused education.
