On Premise Channel ManagerThis position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an On Premise Channel Manager in New York (USA).This role is focused on driving the execution of on-premise initiatives within the Metro New York market, including Long Island, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. The On Premise Channel Manager will lead local distributor sales teams, execute brand strategies, and ensure consistent alignment with national initiatives. This position combines relationship-building with strategic oversight, requiring visibility in the field, analytical evaluation of market activity, and collaboration with both distributors and internal teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience in the distilled spirits or wine supplier industry, and possesses strong managerial and communication skills. This role directly impacts brand presence, distributor performance, and revenue growth in a highly competitive market.Accountabilities:Manage and support distributor sales teams to ensure adherence to brand policies, achievement of distribution objectives, and execution of promotional activities.Train, coach, and lead distributor teams while monitoring competitive market activity and evaluating performance against brand initiatives.Develop strong working relationships with key on-premise accounts and present brand solutions to drive sales and market share.Execute local and national initiatives, including product seminars and events aligned with brand strategy.Monitor market conditions, provide timely feedback on competitor activity, and maintain detailed reports of objectives, accomplishments, and special projects.Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of all sales programs.Assist with special projects such as pricing verification, distribution checks, and compliance updates.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the distilled spirits or wine supplier industry.Strong analytical skills and ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.Proficiency in sales and marketing principles, including product promotion, sales techniques, and marketing strategy.Excellent managerial, presentation, oral, and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with distributors, internal teams, and key accounts.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Valid drivers license.Preferred: Emphasis in Management or Marketing, advanced computer proficiency.Benefits:Paid vacation and 11 paid holidays.Health, dental, and vision coverage from day one.FSA/HSA options.401(k) with company match.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Maternity and paternity leave.Competitive salary range of $83,000 - $93,000 in New York, adjusted based on experience, skills, and location.Why Apply Through Jobgether?We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
