Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to increase loan origination and deposits within the assigned market- Oversee and manage the performance of loan officers and other staff members- Foster strong relationships with key clients and referral partners- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies Essential Job Functions:- Originate retail and commercial loans, meeting or exceeding sales targets- Provide guidance and support to loan officers, assisting them in closing complex loan transactions- Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams to ensure timely and accurate loan processing- Conduct market analysis and identify areas for business expansion- Represent the bank in various community and industry events Must Have Skills and Experience- 10+ years of experience in originating retail and commercial loans in a banking setting- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations Benefits:Our client company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and a 401k retirement plan.
