The objective of the solution is to implement a comprehensive, configurable, cloud-based Risk Management Information System (RMIS). The client’s system shall collect, analyze, and manage risk-related data supporting the evaluation and mitigation of business risks.As IV&V Project Manager, she/he will actively participate in the delivery of IV&V tasks/activities and associated deliverables. This role requires a strong understanding of project management best practices and software delivery and implementation, particularly in a public sector environment. Duties include:Facilitate the development of IV&V deliverables and work products.Coordinate the business and technical assessments of DDI Contractor deliverables such as Project Management Plan and Schedule, Requirements Validation documents, Detailed System Design documents, Data Conversion Plans, Testing Plans and associated results, User Documentation, Training Plans, Implementation Strategies, Implementation and Rollout Plans, and Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery PlansAssess and make recommendations on the management and technical aspects of project implementationsEvaluate feasibility of project scheduleValidate test results Make recommendations for improvement of processes based on observations, industry standards, and best practicesAssess whether the State and DDI Contractor share a common understanding of the project scope, goals/outcomes/requirements, deliverables, and milestonesAssess whether user involvement and buy-in is sufficient for successful adoption of the system or component Produce progress and status reportsProduce project reports for senior NTT DATA Services – GCA managementDevelop and maintain the internal project site and Project Management Plan and schedule, and identify risks, issues and manage action items related to the NTT DATA IV&V engagement following the processes outlined Contract Project Manager Guide (CPMG).The IV&V Project Manager will work under the direct leadership of an NTT DATA GCA Business Consulting Associate Director.Mandatory Qualifications:Minimum of 8 years total work expereinceBachelor’s degree or 9+ years of work experience without a bachelor’s degreeMinimum 5 years of Project Management experienceMinimum 5 years’ IV&V experienceMinimum 2 years Risk Management experiencePMP or minimum 10 years PM experienceMust be able to be onsite 25% in Atlanta, GACandidates that do not meet the required qualifications will not be considered.Requested Qualifications:Effective verbal and written communication skills (English), including the ability to write meaningful IV&V reports Ability to communicate difficult concepts to technical and non-technical staff Ability to analyze and resolve difficult logic and processing issues Must have strong problem-solving and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage work to a defined schedule Knowledge of industry standards PMI, IEEE, CMMI, and NISTAbility to apply industry best practices and future state/federal mandates to existing systemsMust be a team player and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible “can-do” attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $89,625- $160,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
