If you're a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for youPlease consider APPLYING to this position or REFERRING someone you knowKey Responsibilities:Virtually monitor automated warehouse to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time product flow.Maintain automated components across 385,000 sq ft facility.Optimize system capacity by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.Track system performance, minimize downtime, and implement improvement plans.Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis for complex control system issues in a timely manner.Identify risk and collaborate with technical teams to minimize automation down time.What You Bring:1 year of computer skills required.At least 1 year of experience in an automated warehouse facility (Preferred).Associate’s degree or higher in computer science (Preferred).Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.Ability to effectively communicate.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments (-20°F cold storage to 100°F dry storage) with provided protective gear.Ability to adapt to varying noise levels in a busy warehouse setting.Why Join Us?Be part of a team that powers modern warehouse operations If you’re excited about using technology to drive efficiency and solve challenges, apply today and make an impact.Why Lineage?This is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage Success in this role enables greater responsibilities and promotions A career at Lineage starts with learning about our business and how each team member plays a part each and every day to satisfy our customers’ requirements.
