Busser Position Requirements: The Busser position is expected to help maintain a smooth workflow between the kitchen, servers and our guests by removing dirty dishes from tables and ensuring proper sanitation of tables before the table is re-sat. This position is required to understand the flow of the restaurant, requirements for prepping plates for the dish station and proper disinfection and sanitation of tables. Requires working in a fast-paced environment to turn tables quickly in meeting CMB's standards of excellence. This position is expected to work with other team members to maximize efficiency and must be able to multi-task. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or GED preferred.Exceptional guest or customer service skills.Must have problem solving and decision making skills and be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment.Must be able to speak, read and understand English well enough for effective communication. JOB SPECIFIC TASKS: Perform all opening or closing duties as scheduled to ensure the restaurant is clean and organized.Remove dishes from tables in a timely and efficient manner and bring to Dish area for cleaning.Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and order.Engage with guests in a friendly manner.Disinfect and sanitize tables. Handle issues or concerns appropriately with a calm, positive demeanor. Notify management of all issues or concerns.Run food as needed for any guest or staff.Required to perform cleaning duties regularly, as needed or as assigned.Prioritizes work responsibilities effectively.Other duties as requested/assigned.
