This role gives you the opportunity to be a foundational member of a growing finance team, working closely with leadership to drive meaningful impact across one of our flagship businesses.The Financial Analyst serves as the primary finance partner for Technology within the Shared Services organization, focusing on reporting, budgeting, and forecasting of technology spend.This role supports enterprise visibility into IT operating costs, capital projects, and software investments—providing consistent, data-driven reporting through NetSuite and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) tools.Working cross-functionally with Technology, Accounting, and FP&A, this analyst ensures accurate reporting, supports governance around technology investments, and drives improvements in reporting processes and data integrity. Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)Technology Spend Reporting & AnalysisPrepare and distribute monthly financial reports covering IT operating expenses, capitalized software projects, and system-related costsPartner with Technology leaders to monitor project-level and vendor spend, providing insights into key cost drivers and variance explanationsIdentify trends and anomalies in technology spend and assist in recommending corrective actions or efficiency opportunitiesForecasting, Budgeting & ConsolidationSupport the annual budget and forecast cycles for enterprise-wide Technology spend, including both Operating and Capitalized ExpensesMaintain financial models to ensure alignment with corporate reporting standardsUtilize NetSuite Planning and Budgeting to collect, consolidate, and validate financial dataPrepare variance analyses (actuals vs. budget/forecast) with clear commentary for senior managementAssist with the development of dashboards and summary reporting for senior leadershipCross-Functional Collaboration & GovernanceWork closely with Technology leadership and Shared Services FP&A to align financial data with project management and system roadmapsValidate financial data in partnership with Accounting and Technology teams, ensuring accuracy across actuals, accruals, and adjustments to the P&LSupport the standardization and automation of reporting templates within shared data environmentsParticipate in special projects, including process improvement initiatives, system upgrades, and tool integrationsStrengths and BackgroundRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related fieldStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlinesSolid analytical and communication skills, capable of translating financial data into actionable insightsStrong proficiency in Excel with an ability to interpret and manipulate large datasetsPreferred:1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accountingPrior experience in a Private Equity-backed or multi-brand operating environmentHands-on experience with NetSuite and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) or similar enterprise reporting toolsDemonstrated interest in technology, systems, and process improvement within finance operations What’s in it for you?We offer a competitive salary along with exceptional benefits such as:Medical, Dental and Vision CoverageHybrid Work EnvironmentLife and Disability InsuranceUnlimited Time off + Paid HolidaysFridays off between Memorial Day and Labor Day401(K) Savings Plan Matching at 4%10 Coaching and Therapy sessionsMental Health BenefitsBrand Discounts & ReimbursementsIn-house workout facilitiesProfessional Development OpportunitiesTeam Building, Employee Engagement Activities & so much moreWORK SCHEDULEPurpose Brands LLC, currently observe the following hybrid work model for employees at our Boca Raton (FL), Woodbury (MN), and Seattle (WA) offices:Remote optional: Wednesdays and FridaysOn-site days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
