This role oversees all HR functions, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides operational support across VSoft and its associated group of companies. The ideal leader will be both strategic and hands-on, actively involved in day‐to‐day HR activities. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Leadership Lead and manage all HR functions, including: Onboarding & Orientation Compensation & Benefits Employee Relations Performance Management Learning & Development Compliance & Risk Management HR Strategy & Workforce Planning HR Operations & Administration Office Management & Operational Support Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Manage confidential employee information with the highest level of integrity. Provide leadership to global HR teams and support a culturally diverse, international workforce. Work hands-on across multiple HR and operational functions in support of VSoft and its affiliated companies. Requirements Minimum of years of progressive HR experience, including at least years in a senior HR leadership role within a professional office setting. Demonstrated ability to design, lead, and implement HR and business operations strategies. SHRM‐CP, SHRM‐SCP, PHR, or other HR certifications highly preferred. Prior experience in a global IT organization strongly preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HR/finance systems. Excellent task management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized, proactive, agile, and detail‐oriented. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels. Skilled in handling confidential and sensitive business information. Team‐oriented leadership style with the ability to influence, inspire, and drive organizational change.
