Because of dedication to our team members and investment in our people team, we seek to add (3) People Business Partners to join us. We don't have an office building. All the shared services team members work remotely from their own home office within their market.

Job Summary:
An energetic, creative, and passionate for success individual will act as a collaborative People Business Partner to the operations, proactively partnering with people-related strategy and decisions. Comprised of compensation design, talent development, retention, engagement, performance, and complex team relations items while providing high-level support in the administration of a people program.
Role Partnership and Accountabilities:
- Partner with leaders on talent issues, including development, engagement, and providing performance coaching.
- Provide recommendations to the VP of People with people projects that can improve team members' experience.
- Accountable for employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, compensation planning, and leadership development.
- Provide insights to the VP of People and Brand President regarding people stats and reviewing trends in exit interview data, engagement surveys, attrition, etc.
- Partner with operations to deliver seamless people processes and programs across the organization.
- A strategic partner in improving retention at all levels within Ampler.
- Partner with the Brand President on new store openings and acquisitions to workforce planning and training plans for positive team member experiences to excel in strategic operations results.
- Site visits with the Brand President to engage with leaders on people stats, make recommendations, and recognize leaders for excelling in people stats.
- Provide recommendations on complicated initiatives where the impact is significant in supporting the brand.
- Support the VP of People and Brand President as the business continues to reform to provide a world-class customer and team member experience.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and provide coaching and documentation to alleviate potential risks to the company.
- Design and train restaurant managers and field on leadership skills and business training.
Education & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of HR field experience with a growing company and multi-locations.
- Quick service or retail human resources experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, statutes, etc.
- PHR or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
- Approximately 30% of travel is required.
