Learn more at .Position summary:The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and shipping goods to customers and vendors, preparing records of goods shipped, make up bills of lading, posting weight and shipping charges, and keeping accurate and up-to-date files of shipping records.Shifts Available:1st shift: Mon-Fri Responsibilities Ship and package product Receive and inspect raw materials and shop supplies Read and comply with work instructions, set up sheets, and checklistsEnter production information into the ERP system on a timely basisAccurately records and reports hours worked Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirementsRead, understand, and follow work instructions and standard workPartner with other business segments: sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and financeUnderstand customer needs and the core business markets we serveEnsure business systems are implemented, maintained, and functioning properlyParticipate in the Operational Excellence Program Complete all other work duties as assignedAbility to work in a manufacturing environment Qualifications Ability to operate shipping receiving and machining equipmentAbility to cross train in other areas of production Ability to occasionally: lift 10-50lbs, carry 10-50lbs and to stand, bend and stoopMicrosoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills Attention to detailOrganizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environmentAbility to prioritize and multitaskPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environmentFork Truck Certification What is it like to work at Cretex Medical? Pay Range USD $18.89 - USD $24.95 /Hr. Pay Range Details This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full hiring range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
