This role involves identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the waste management industry, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory to generate new sales opportunities.Sales Presentations: Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of the company's waste collection and recycling services.Account Management: Maintain and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Contract Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate sales contracts with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and comply with company policies.Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively position the company’s services.Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback to the Sales Manager regularly.Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the waste management or related industry.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Skills: Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
