The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the field of massage therapy and a strong commitment to mentoring students in both theoretical and practical aspects of the discipline. This role is essential in shaping the next generation of therapists, providing them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their careers.Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive massage therapy curriculum that meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.Instruct students in various massage techniques and professional ethics.Assess and evaluate student performance through practical demonstrations, written exams, and class participation.Provide individualized support and feedback to students to enhance their learning experience.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in massage therapy to continuously improve the educational program.Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to foster a positive and engaging learning environment.Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a licensed massage therapist.Valid state massage therapy license.Strong knowledge of various massage techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective student engagement.Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
