Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster

Job Description: Seeking to add a General Liability Claims Adjuster who would have the ability to work remotely. Responsibilities include moderate to complex Commercial Auto and General Liability Claimsthroughout the United States. This person would be required to investigateclaims via telephone, written correspondence, and/or personal contact with claimants, attorneys, insureds, witnesses, and others having pertinent information. This position is fully remote. Process assigned claims and determine benefits due pursuant to the client contract. Work proactively towards claims resolution with defense counsel and clients, while adhering to audit requirements and resolving claims in a timely manner. Maketimely claims payments and adjustments; communicateclaim action/processing with claimant and client. Ensureclaim files are properly documented and claims coding is correct. Provide a comprehensive, complete, thorough analysis of coverage determination. Prepare detailed reports, review, and prepare responsive correspondence to achieve settlement. Requirements: 5+ years of Commercial Auto and General Liability claims handling experience. Comfortable with reviewing contracts and coverage. NY adjusting license required, as many additional active state adjuster licenses as possible Litigation Experience Required. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
