Our SLPs work in diverse settings including family homes, daycares, preschools, and our clinic, delivering individualized speech therapy interventions within a supportive, collaborative team environment. This role offers exceptional flexibility with full-time and part-time positions available, localized service territories, and the option to work during summer months.Key Responsibilities Provide speech-language therapy services to children ages birth through 5 years in various natural environments including homes, daycares, and preschoolsConduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations for early intervention and preschool-aged childrenDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication goalsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinical and educational specialists to support each child's developmental needsProvide family-centered coaching and education to parents and caregivers on speech and language development strategiesMaintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with early intervention program requirementsParticipate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development opportunitiesManage a reasonable caseload within a localized geographic territory near Rochester, NYRequired Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or universityCurrent New York State license in Speech-Language PathologyCertification as a Teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH) or Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD)Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to various service locationsPassion for working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged childrenStrong communication and interpersonal skills with families and team membersPreferred Qualifications Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)Previous experience in early intervention or pediatric speech therapyCFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates are welcome and encouraged to applyCompensation & Benefits Competitive fee-for-service compensation: $55-$65 per hour based on experience and credentialsTravel expense reimbursement for mileage and service-related travelDocumentation time reimbursementComprehensive benefits package including health insurancePaid time off and paid school calendar holidays10-month salary structure with optional summer work opportunitiesStudent loan forgiveness program eligibilityCompany profit-sharing opportunitiesMinimum of 10 continuing education units (CEUs) provided annuallyProfessional development and training opportunitiesWhy This Is a Great Opportunity This position offers the perfect blend of professional flexibility, competitive compensation, and meaningful work.
