Louisville Gardens - Louisville Gardens, located in Louisville, Ohio, is seeking a Part-Time Dietary Aide to join our team We are currently looking for a reliable team member to work every other weekend (12-hour shifts with a one-hour break) and occasional weekday shifts, which may vary depending on facility needs. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIETARY AIDE: Assisting with meal and snack preparation Working in the dish room as needed Serving food and/or assisting residents during meals Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas Assisting cooks with meal preparation REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent Experience in quantity food preparation/production preferred IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALITIES: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Respectful and collaborative with all members of the healthcare team Reliable attendance and punctuality Patience, compassion, and a caring attitude for residents
