Riveredge Hospital is a 210-bed leading psychiatric hospital dedicated to providing quality behavioral health services and trauma-informed care to children, adolescents and adults. The hospital offers inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and community residential programs.Under the direction of the Department Director, the Dietary Aide/ performs a variety of tasks and operations to prepare and cook food items as assigned for meal service, working . and . shifts as needed. Maintain a cleanliness cafeteria throughout the day and evening. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent2 – 5 years previous food service experience requiredExperience in healthcare setting preferred.Familiar with the use of food preparation equipmentMust be able to perform a variety of duties without constant supervision.Must be reliable with a good working attitude.Aptitude should include verbal ability to express ideas and view effectively.Position is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.Must be 21 years of age.
