Proper washing and sanitizing of dishes using a dish machine. Collect and delivery nutrition supplies to hospital units. Attendants may also work in retail food outlets, preparing and serving food to employees, guests and visitors. Payment processing and cash handling are required in retail locations. All employees may assist with catering functions, as needed.
