The Corporate Information Services Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Application Analyst I – Timekeeping. The Application Analyst I-Timekeeping will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Timekeeping solutions, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and providing support to HR, payroll, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of workforce management. Key Responsibilities include: Maintain and configure the timekeeping system to meet organizational needs. Manage user access and permissions, ensuring data security and privacy. Develop and maintain timekeeping reports and dashboards for HR and Payroll teams. Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows and user guides. Monitor and audit timekeeping data for accuracy and completeness. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations. Identify and resolve discrepancies in timekeeping records. Generate regular reports on timekeeping metrics and provide insights to management. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, working with vendor support when necessary. Respond to employee inquiries and troubleshoot timekeeping issues promptly. Create instructional materials to enhance user proficiency. Qualifications Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Technical School, 2 years of completed coursework towards a Bachelor’s degree, or Associates degree required. Certifications in timekeeping, payroll, or HRIS administration are preferred. 1 – 3 years of related experience required. 1+ years of UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM)/UKG Dimensions experience required. Proficiency in using timekeeping systems or similar HRIS platforms. Thorough understanding of timekeeping principles, payroll processes, and labor laws. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Travel Requirements: 5% domestic US travel (depending on projects).
