  • Develop the plan to migrate each participating site to the new infrastructure, system, or tool.
  • Ensure that fundamental metrics are accurately forecast, planned for, measured, and achieved..
  • Reviewing project overheads regularly to ensure that costs are in line with forecasts and measures can be taken to address areas of overspend or anomaly.
  • Ensure programme and project reviews are regularly and effectively conducted to drive, plan, monitor and control the delivery of programme to schedule, budget and to the agreed quality level.
  • Organise the tasking of project team to enable progress against project plan

Required Skills:

  • Must be a US citizen and it is preferred they are able to obtain a US Government Security Clearance
  • Degree preferred and PM experience
  • Must have experience working on Global ERP implementation projects/programs
  • Must be well organized, pragmatic in their approach and honest when establishing timelines.
  • Willingness to travel minimally, as needed
  • Waterfall & Agile experience
  • A self-starter who has a proven track record for successfully delivering projects to time/scop/budget
  • Experience working with multiple 3rd parties
  • Change Management experience

Preferred Skills/Characteristics:

  • Previous experience working with global teams and the ability to work with people from other Regions
  • Early risers who can interact with UK teams, as needed
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in a defense organization preferred
