  Principal | Architecture & Interior Design Firm Location: Atlanta, GA Sector Focus: Mixed-use    We’re seeking a Principal to lead the Mixed-Use market sector for a nationally known architecture and design firm. This business-critical leadership role focuses on strategic growth, project excellence, and team development. If you have deep expertise in high-rise, large-scale mixed-use projects and want to drive vision and impact, this role—based in Atlanta—offers the platform and ownership structure to support that ambition.   Key Impact Areas Thought Leadership Business Development Division Revenue & Profits Team Member Development & Mentorship Team and Project Management Oversight Professional Development Qualifications A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited architecture program 10-15+ years of experience in a professional architecture environment, preferably with 10+ years on mixed-use projects, experience in high-rise building projects is preferred Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, additional proficiency in Rhino, Sketchup, Enscape, AutoCAD, or other 3D modeling and rendering programs is desirable Knowledgeable of industry materials and systems, project design and detailing, and the preparation of construction documents and specifications Experienced in all phases and aspects of conventional architecture, including mixed-use developments Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a collaborative, professional manner Ability to solve problems with attention to detail and a desire to learn Ability to work independently with little to no supervision Ability to provide feedback to team members through verbal conversations, annual performance reviews, and direct project feedback and redlines Confidentially connect to start the conversation with Barry Cales - Barry@InteriorTalent.com    Interior Talent, Inc Since its founding in 2003, Interior Talent has evolved into one of the leading talent recruitment and retention firms for the Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Retail, and Manufacturing industries.
