While prior exposure to litigation through internships or coursework is a plus, it’s not required. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.Compensation:$110,000 - $155,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Extensive legal research, excellent writing, and complex law-and-motion practice.Depositions.Jury Trials.Qualifications:A strong understanding of legal research platforms, including Westlaw and LexisNexis, is required.California Bar License is required to interact with clients, take depositions, and do trials. Even then, candidates can still live and work remotely. We welcome out-of-state lawyers that also have CA licensure.
