You'll have...Bachelors DegreeTechnology/software industry experience requiredMinimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in Total Rewards, HR Business Partner role, or a related field.Oracle HCM experience preferredDemonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to manage complex projectsStrong communication skills, both written and oralAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve objectivesFlexible/adaptable/calm in fast-changing situationsWorking knowledge of compensation planning preferredWork Requirements:Involves occasional (defined as one-third or less of the time) lifting of no more than 10 pounds at a time.
