We offer our employees competitive pay, professional development, and a people-focused culture. POSITION SUMMARYThe Bar Back is responsible for delivering genuine hospitality to our guests. This position is critical to our guest's overall experience as the Bar Back must ensure the guest as a memorable experience throughout their dining and is made to feel like an honored guest at our bar.
