ResponsibilitiesInterface with the Champion, Working Groups, and Product Owners to identify and clarify detailed requirements for application development.Document user stories and associated requirements in Team Foundation Server (TFS) for review and discussion by developers.Utilize TFS to document epics, user stories, requirements, change requests, bugs, and tasks.Provide documentation of procedures, application reference materials, workflows, business processes, and data structures.Develop Quick Reference Guides (QRG) for each new application released to provide instructions of primary application functionality.Perform code reviews and testing of user stories.Other duties as assigned QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience capturing requirements and testing web applications.Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office 2010 and higher.Minimum of 3 years of experience writing Agile user stories and requirements documentation.Minimum of 2 years of experience with MS Team Foundation Server.Active Secret Clearance is required.Agile/Scrum certifications Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe)ITIL or Lean Six Sigma certifications10+ years of experience in program or project management roles.Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.Background in government contracting, defense, or regulated industries.Familiarity with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, or software development lifecycles.Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, or similar.Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholder relationships.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.Ability to work independently and part of a team.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong analytical skills.
