Pay Rate Starting at: Level 15.50/ hr Rates of pay are determined by previous experience and labor contract seniority.SUMMARYThe mission of all Tops associates is to adhere to the Tops vision of providing a friendly neighborhood store that saves the customer time and money. The night crew clerk is responsible for overnight stocking and preparation for day time operations. The night crew clerk should have knowledge of product lines and location in store, as well as responsibility for receiving, stocking, rotating, cutting, and marking product. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollow all Federal, State, and Local regulations as well as company policies regarding night crew operations, safety, and sanitationAdhere to company policy through proper receiving, handling, storing, and stocking of productMaintain proper shelf conditions in regards to pricing, cleaning, straightening, rotating, and facing of productAdhere to shelf management as it applies to following suggested plan-o-gram layouts and new/discontinued productsHelp keep the backroom clean and orderly by organizing, making bales, stacking pallets etc. Take direction from the night crew manager and assistant night crew manager, inform the appropriate people if any problems ariseMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust be at least 18 years of age EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEAbility to read, write, and perform basic math functionsPossess basic computer skillsPossess strong communication skillsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSEQUIPMENT USEDOperation of the following:Baler/compactor (must be 18 years of age)Case cutter (must be 16 years of age)Pallet jacks (must be 18 years of age)Marking gunComputerWalkie Stacker (must be 18 years of age)Ladder (must be 18 yrs of age)Our Company does not discriminate against individuals on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, affection or sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, liability for military service, status as a veteran, gender identity or expression, genetic information, pregnancy, and any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
