Sport Hyundai, a leading automotive dealership in the tri-state area, is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to oversee our service department. If you have a proven track record in automotive service management and are ready to take on a new challenge, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities:Manage the daily operations of the service department, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and efficient workflow.Lead, train, and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve performance targets and provide exceptional service.Monitor service department performance, including productivity, profitability, and customer service metrics, and implement improvements as needed.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and loyalty to the dealership.Oversee scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize service department efficiency.Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, warranty policies, and safety regulations.Manage parts inventory and work closely with the parts department to ensure the timely availability of necessary components.Monitor service department financials, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.Qualifications:Proven experience as an automotive service manager or similar role in a dealership environment.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.In-depth knowledge of automotive service and repair processes, including diagnostics, maintenance, and warranty work.Proficiency in using dealership management software and other relevant computer applications.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays.Opportunities for ongoing training, professional development, and career advancement.A positive work environment with a supportive and collaborative team.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:Burlington Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer.
